The cost of eating out is quite costly these days and if possible, one should try to trim down such expenses which I am trying.One night at Desa Setapak (near Wangsa Maju LRT Station), we were gamed to venture into this shop for some nice and fairly less expensive foods.
Plain fried beehoon (rice noodle) with curry chicken. It was simply delicious especially with the curry chicken & potato. 
A bowl of nice Yam Sago dessert to complete the meal.
Or alternatively with a simple dessert - red bean. 
Fried fish fillet with mayonnaise. I do not enjoy this as it was too oily and too much mayonnaise.
Fried “Fu Chok” soya bean spread. Again I find this was too oily. 
A piece of carrot cake. A meal that is simple and very affordable.
