Setiawangsa Ride by a Group of Foldies

We started at AU2 Setiawangsa AEON and the time was 7:50  in the morning. This is the first riding event I am hosting with the help of Fong Kook Keong.
The weather was excellent but our stomach. After a short ride we rode to Wangsa Maju Section 3 for food as many of us were hungry.
I took the group to this coffee shop which is popular among the students of TAR College near  Wangsa Maju LRT Station. At last everyone is settled for a good meal before any further riding.
Most of us ate this nice & delicious Sarawak Noodle
Our foldies neatly parked in front of the kopitiam.
All of us were concentrating on the food and spoke less for the moment.
After a satisfying breakfast everyone was fully charged & ready to pedal.
This was an auto-regrouping at a traffic light.
Nice & quiet road of Taman Melawati.
End of the Jalan Kolam Air @ Empangan Klang Gate and anything beyond this line is trespassing.
Another group photo at a small waterfall of Klang Gate along jalan Kolam Air.
We avoided using MRR2 highway as the traffic wasn't too friendly for us hence I took the group via kampong roads such as this one at Jalan Rusa.
Crossing underneath of MRR2 highway and heading back to Wangsa Maju.
These cyclists enjoyed cycling through the market at Setapak Jaya making heads turn as we slowly cruise through the crowd.

From Setapak we went to Titiwangsa and a took a group picture at lake edge.
This is something my cyclists was amazed to find out that there is such a hideout in Titiwangsa, the place is canopied with big shady trees for a lovely to eat, rest and recharge.

Our folding bikes also had the opportunity to rest too.

A beautiful skyline of Kuala Lumpur it would be better if it's not hazy.
A green carpet welcoming these foldies to Kelab Golf PDRM Titiwangsa. They loved it here.

At a traffic light of Jalan Semarak formerly known as Gurney Road. There goes all the nice Mat Salleh names.
We took a short cut via Kg. Datuk Keramat & Keramat Permai before entering Taman Setiawangsa.
The last stage of the ride @ Bukit Setiawangsa. There were two riders whom did not attempt to come up here and guess who????
The route we rode on a beautiful day. and clocking approximately 50km.
This ride was jointly organised by KK Fong & myself upon a request by Rivern Yong. It was a good experience for both of us. We hope to do more if we can. Safe riding & see you again.
